Martin holds a Master’s degree in Timber Construction Engineering from the Civil Engineering, Architecture and Construction program at the University of Bordeaux in France. This program provided him with the necessary skills in the scientific, technical, and practical aspects of timber construction. Martin joined the Génibois team in 2013, initially for his final internship and then as a junior consultant.

Biography

Martin holds a Master's degree in Timber Construction Engineering from the Civil Engineering, Architecture and Construction program at the University of Bordeaux in France.

This program provided him with the necessary skills in the scientific, technical, and practical aspects of timber construction.

Martin joined the Génibois team in 2013, initially for his final internship and then as a junior consultant.

His final thesis, "Comparative Analysis of Timber Construction Engineering Practices in France and Quebec from the Perspective of Structural Standards and Software Tools," conducted within the company, earned him the Patrick Castéra Prize from the Xylofutur competitiveness cluster (Aquitaine, France).

After a year and a half in Canada, he now works primarily for the company from Paris.
