La Grande Percée is a single family home built in New Brunswick. Atelier Pierre Thibault called upon our expertise for the realization of this minimalist building in its form but complex in its structure.
The Great Breakthrough was awarded the prize for excellence in architecture by the 2019 Order of Architects of Quebec, in the category of single-family residential buildings in the natural environment.
For the general contractor, we have prepared the plans and specifications for construction of a large house in Wentworth (Quebec). The second floor of the residence has a large curved wall. Steel beams are used in addition to the wood frame. Given the complexity of the residence, a complete modeling of the structure of the latter was carried out. The general contractor is the firm Ecohabitation Boreal. The architect was Alain Carle.
For the owners, we engineered and produced the plans and specifications for this beautiful modern home of Ste-Adele. The home is now under construction.

For the client, we have prepared the plans and specifications for the structure of a warehouse located in Mont Laurier. The building has a 120'X60 'right-of-way and is contiguous to an existing building.
