For the manufacturer (La Charpenterie du Quebec), we validated dimensions of the glulam (glue laminated wood) frame and designed all the hidden steel fasteners. This glulam frame house is located in Sutton, Quebec. The glulam wood was provided by Goodfellow.
For the general contractor, we engineered the structure of this glulam chalet of Ste-Adèle.

For the owner, we prepared the structural plans and specifications of the expansion of a private residence in Wentworth (Quebec). Work was necessary in the existing one (left part on the top view) to accommodate this housing extension. Given the complexity of the project, a complete modeling of the project (existing and enlarged) was carried out.

We have prepared the plans and specifications for construction of the expansion of the "MRC des Laurentides" in St-Faustin-Lac-Carré. A large multi-purpose room of 22m x 10m will be built with a glue-laminated wood structure. The roof has been designed according to the installation of a "green roof". It may be converted into a floor during construction of another stage in the future. The architect of this project is Francois Emery.
