For the owners, we engineered and produced the plans and specifications for this beautiful modern home of Ste-Adele. The home is now under construction.
Architecture: Atelier Pierre Thibault
General contractor: Construction Donald Provost Inc
We have worked on the light-framing design of the puiblic library of Macamic, Quebec.
For the general contractor, we have prepared the plans and specifications for construction of a large house in Wentworth (Quebec). The second floor of the residence has a large curved wall. Steel beams are used in addition to the wood frame. Given the complexity of the residence, a complete modeling of the structure of the latter was carried out. The general contractor is the firm Ecohabitation Boreal. The architect was Alain Carle.
For our client, we engineered the roof trusses of a warehouse near Baker Lake in Nunavut. We also had to detail the nailed connections since the trusses have been made on site. The walls of the warehouse are made of steel containers.
For the sailing club of Senneville we did an expertise on the very special structure of the club house. The roof is curved in every directions and steel cables are used to support the overhang section of the floor.
For the manufacturer, we have analyzed the structure of a residence to be built in several modules in Gore, Quebec. These will be made in the workshop and will be transported to the site. The modules must be built very solidly as they will be transported and lifted by a crane to the site. The project architect is Jean-François Parent Architect (JFPA) while the manufacturer is Energeco.
